Miranda (81 years old)

Miranda, 81 years old, resides in a retirement home. To fill her day, she knits woollen scarves and hats for her fellow residents.

Two years ago, she underwent TURBT of 1 small papillary tumour of 1 cm at the right bladder wall, which was detected during a cystoscopic examination for painless haematuria. The pathology report indicated pTa high-grade. She received chemotherapy instillations for 1 year.

In the meantime, no recurrences were detected. Her health has deteriorated in the last year (ECOG PS: 2).
